One of my sixth grade students stood there in front of me and uttered those exact words, as I finished stapling 200 feet of Turquoise Chevron Border up on my bulletin boards. Certainly, as a middle school language arts teacher, I wanted my students to apply their questioning skills to real life. However, I didn’t want to hear that I had too much chevron in my classroom (even though I knew I had “chevron fever”!).
The Turquoise Chevron Border from Creative Teaching Press is used exclusively on all my bulletin boards. I like to use the same border throughout my classroom to maintain a cohesive and coordinated look. Having too many different colors and patterns tends to make a space look cluttered and unappealing.
Are you interested in giving your classroom, office space or college dorm a stylish and coordinated look? Try using the same border throughout the entire space!Pin It
