I happened to be scrolling around on Pinterest tonight and I instantly noticed this photo!
Yep, that’s our Poppin’ Patterns border and matching bulletin board letters! I was definitely intrigued!
I clicked on the photo and it took me to this darling blog called “Sugar and Spice.” Christina is the other of this blog and she teaches 2nd grade.
HERE SHE IS!
Christina found a MAGNETIC curtain rod at Walmart and started to think of ways she could use this in her classroom!
She came up with the most genius idea…she would use this to hang her anchor charts!
We all know that finding places to hang anchor charts can be difficult. This is such a great solution for any magnetic surface!
It would also be simple to spray paint this to match any color combination!

I also had a solution for storing anchor charts in my classroom…
I used plastic hangers with clips to attach my anchor charts and kept the rack near my carpet area for easy access. I adjusted the height of the clothes rack to “kid level” and it allowed my students to easily take an anchor chart for reference if needed.
Since anchor charts are such an important part of our curriculum, finding a way to store, share, and easily review them has become something that we need to consider when setting up our classrooms. I always love great solutions for these problem areas!
Do you have any great ideas for storing anchor charts? I would LOVE for you to share in the comment section!
